Our Returns Policy
You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note that orders will be credited only upon receipt of the returned goods. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than 50 GBP.
Delivery of ISO/TS16949 Publications
All ISO/TS16949 Publications are ready to ship. Orders are dispatched as soon as they have been processed. This will usually be either on the same day or the next business day after your order is received. Please allow two to three days for your order to be delivered. All deliveries are via Royal Mail 1st class post.
Delivery of BSI Standard Publications
All Standards are printed to order. If ordered before 11.30am on a working day they are printed and dispatched on the day of order, if after that deadline they are printed and sent on the next working day. All deliveries are via Royal Mail 1st class post.

Your Invoice
Adare International Limited will automatically email an invoice to you, which you will be able to print for your accounts. When you register your details on the web site, please make sure that you indicate your correct email address and clearly indicate your company's name.
